Yes, we offer a 2-years warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty is valid only for the original owner.

3. How do I claim a warranty if my ordered wheels have issues?

All our carbon wheels will 100% QC check before releasing to the customer, If you have found the defect in the products, Please provide pictures or video, serial number label picture by email or submit the claim form accordingly, after we received your information we will provide a solution to you asap.

4. What's your carbon wheels rider weight limited?

We are consistently trying to improve our rims weight limits, currently our carbon wheels max rider limit was 120kg(265lbs).
